The “emotional” within each of our lives there are mountain top experiences, and valleys of doubts. There are times when we need to reach out to others that have been through these times and can help us quench the fire of doubts and fears.

Many have not learned how to set goals, therefore case management assists in setting life short term and long term goals and provides accountability through a follow up process.

• One on one counseling encourages that their concerns are being listening to and right choices can be made.

• Group therapy allows that each person has some concern although it may be different in ways.

• Case management is individualize to monitor and guide the individual.

Within each program there are fundamental principles and teachings we enforce. They are:

One on one counseling encourages the men and women to open up sometimes painful wounds that have been buried for a long time, which may have brought about their destructive lifestyles. Individual goals are set as they become aware of their behavior and can decide that they want to make changes and plan for a better future.

Group therapy is helpful in allowing them to come together and share different, yet similar, struggles and work on ways to overcome problems and turn them around to become opportunities and positive learning experiences.

Case management is conducted on each individual to monitor their progress and help them in areas where they seem to be struggling. Case management is individualized to maximize changed lives.

Task assignment allows the individual to acquaint themselves with working on a regular basis. Many have not worked on a steady basis due to lack of skills that ensure job security, transportation, and accountability.
